📣 Dear professors and lecturers, young researchers, doctoral students, master’s students, and proactive students!
Pursuant to Resolution No. PQ-59 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 11, 2026, “On Measures to Introduce a Comprehensive Ecosystem for Supporting Startups”; Order No. 287 of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 9, 2026, “On the Establishment of ‘Startup Clubs’ for Talented Youth and the Introduction of Their Innovative Developments into Manufacturing Enterprises”; and University Order No. 75-A dated July 29, 2026, “On Ensuring the Implementation of Order No. 287 of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated July 9, 2026”.
The main objective of the Club is to identify innovative ideas proposed by students and researchers, transform them into promising startup projects, and create an environment that connects these initiatives with practical application and the real sector of the economy.

When selecting startup projects, consideration will be given to their level of innovation, technological readiness, relevance to real-sector needs, commercialization potential, team capabilities, as well as the project’s economic and social impact.
